Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms for services provided by DSW Specialised Courier Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our courier services, customers agree to the payment terms set out below.

1. Payment Requirement

Payment is normally required prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DSW Specialised Courier Ltd reserves the right to request payment before dispatch for new customers or one-off bookings.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure card payments through approved payment processing providers.

These may include services such as:

• Debit card payments
• Credit card payments
• Secure online payment processing

DSW Specialised Courier Ltd does not store or process card details directly.

3. Business Accounts

Approved business customers may be offered account facilities subject to agreement.

Where a business account is provided, invoices may be issued with payment terms typically of:

• 7 days, or
• 14 days

Account terms may be reviewed or withdrawn at our discretion if payment terms are not maintained.

4. Pricing Confirmation

All prices are confirmed based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply if the service requirements change, including:

• Waiting time
• Additional delivery locations
• Changes to collection or delivery instructions
• Out-of-hours services

Where additional charges apply, customers will be informed where reasonably possible.

5. Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

• Additional administrative charges
• Suspension of account services
• Refusal of future bookings until outstanding balances are settled

DSW Specialised Courier Ltd reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid invoices where necessary.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact DSW Specialised Courier Ltd directly regarding any payment queries or disputes.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues before formal disputes are raised with payment providers.

7. Payment Security

Payments processed online are handled through secure payment providers that comply with industry security standards.

DSW Specialised Courier Ltd does not retain sensitive card payment details.
